How Does Lenire Work?

You use three simple, convenient components:

• Wireless Bluetooth headphones pair with Lenire’s custom sounds to deliver audio to the part of the brain that processes sound.
• A Tonguetip, a device that sits comfortably in your mouth, sends mild pulses to the surface of your tongue to activate nerves.
• A lightweight, portable handheld controller allows you to control the sound volume and level of tongue stimulation.

 

Lenire plays sounds from the headphones while providing gentle pulses to your tongue. You control the sound volume and tongue stimulation with the handheld controller.

The sounds and pulses work together to retrain your brain. It’s a process called bimodal neuromodulation, and it helps you pay less attention to your tinnitus.

The result? Tinnitus has less impact on your day-to-day life — clinical trials have demonstrated that 71% of patients see significant improvement over a 12-week period from starting treatment with Lenire.
